Welcome

The Telecommunications Engineering school of the UCSP began its work in 2005 and has experienced a rapid growth since then. This program trains professionals to contribute to the development of the Telecommunications Industry, one of the most remarkable in the world and a significant impeller of investments.

Telecommunications engineers use the knowledge of signals, computing, digital communications, telematics (networks), radiofrequency, electromagnetics, digital electronics and photonics, and apply them to all services destined to meet the people's need of communication: "whatever it is required, anywhere, anytime".

The contribution of the telecommunications to the society nowadays is imponderable. This industry contributes greatly to the development of the countries, influences directly into the quality of people's lifes, into the productivity of enterprises, into almost all commercial activities and into the production technology.
